the bed was incredibly comfortable, the location was quiet yet close to both the old and new town, and the hostess was always available and accommodating during our stay at Apartamentos Dunia 211.

overall experience was lovely. stayed there for 8 nights, greatly enjoyed it. a hair dryer and fresh towels were available here. pool area looked nice. its location was excellent, not far from playa chica beach.

The location of this place is excellent, just a short walk away from the shopping center, and it's in a quiet area, with the square and shopping center nearby; the host was very helpful.

The free WiFi was great, I could update my social media while sipping wine by the pool. The terrace was perfect for people-watching, and the air conditioning made me feel like a pampered princess.

The outdoor pool was a disappointment, I mean, who needs to swim when you can just relax and enjoy the view, right?

The apartment at Apartamentos Dunia 211 was perfect for a light sleeper like me. The location was great, just a 2-minute walk to the shopping center, and the area was quiet at night. The wifi was excellent, and everything was very clean. I also appreciated the extra touches, like Blanca bringing fruit, water, toiletries, and lovely chocolates on the bed.

Felt good, no reason to complain.

We had an excellent stay in Puerto del Carmen right by the harbour. Its location was particularly good, just 5 minutes away on foot from Old Town Harbour Marina.

I keep coming back to this place for my stay because the staff is helpful, the amenities are great, and it suits all my needs. Remembering my first stay, the staff gave me currency tips. Can't wait to come back for holiday.

The apartment was well-equipped with great internet and a new washing machine. The location was nice and quiet, yet still close enough to both the old and new town. There were also nice clean towels provided and a bowl of fresh fruit which was a nice touch. The bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment was also near local shops and bars, including a Lidl which was only a five-minute walk away.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the apartment, as well as some more plates and cups/mugs.

I always come back to this place for my stay. The staff helped me with technical issues during my first stay, and it has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and air conditioning. It suits me perfectly, and I'll be back for a city break.

The location was fantastic, with three large supermarkets within 100m and only a short 5-minute walk to the old town and 10 minutes to the beach. The private pool was a nice bonus. The pool area could get quite crowded and there wasn't much space for sunbathing.
